Refund Policy
Refunds:
There are no refunds offered for the deposit that is paid when you register online.
Transfers:
You are welcome to sell your ticket to someone else at any time. Please bring all ticket transfers to the door. They will be accepted on site at the door by showing the registration team written proof of ticket exchange. The new attendee must accept the policies below by signing the form on site.
Rimborsi:

Trasferimenti:
Puoi vendere il tuo biglietto a un’altra persona in qualsiasi momento. Ti chiediamo di comunicare ogni trasferimento di biglietto all’ingresso. I trasferimenti verranno accettati in loco mostrando al team di registrazione una prova scritta dello scambio del biglietto. Il nuovo partecipante dovrà accettare le politiche sottostanti firmando il modulo elettronico sul posto.

Photo and Video Policy
At check-in, you will be asked whether you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. If you do not, you will receive a wristband so that our official photographer/videomaker and other participants know not to include you in their shots.
If you take photos or videos during the event, please do so with discretion and respect for others’ privacy. If you wish to post content on social media, make sure you have the explicit consent of the people featured.
Our official photographer/videomaker will document the event professionally, with care and respect for everyone’s space.
What happens with the material?
After the event, you will receive an email with a shared folder containing photos and videos from our official photographer/videomaker. You are also welcome to upload your own material to the folder for everyone to enjoy. The folder will be divided into four sections: General, Delete, and Personal Use, so you can indicate how you’d like your content to be used. You will have one week to sort your material. Anything left in the General folder after that period may be used for personal use and shared on social media.

Al check-in ti verrà chiesto se acconsenti a essere fotografatə o ripresə durante l’evento. Se non lo desideri, riceverai un braccialetto in modo che il nostro fotografo/videomaker ufficiale e lə altrə partecipanti, sappiano di non includerti nelle loro riprese.
Se scatti foto o video durante l’evento, ti chiediamo di farlo con discrezione e rispetto per la privacy altrui. Se desideri pubblicare contenuti sui social media, assicurati di avere il consenso esplicito delle persone riprese.
Il nostro fotografo/videomaker ufficiale documenterà l’evento in modo professionale, con cura e rispetto per lo spazio di tuttə.
Cosa succede con il materiale?
Dopo l’evento riceverai un’email con una cartella condivisa contenente foto e video del nostro fotografo/videomaker ufficiale. Sei invitаtə a caricare il tuo materiale nella cartella per condividerlo con tuttə. La cartella sarà divisa in quattro sezioni: General, Delete e Personal Use, così potrai indicare come desideri che il tuo contenuto venga utilizzato. Avrai una settimana per sistemare il tuo materiale. Tutto ciò che rimarrà nella sezione General dopo questo periodo potrà essere utilizzato per uso personale e condiviso sui social media. Se pensi di aver bisogno di più tempo, faccelo sapere in anticipo.

LIABILITY WAIVER
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and fully able to participate in The Fusion Nest 2026. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation in this event, including physical injury or even death, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said event, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and to my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of participation in either or both the social dance events and the classes.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Motley Hue LLC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in physical activity, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and defend Motley Hue LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my use of the facilities of Motley Hue 2026.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE
I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of The Fusion nest 2026 caused by my negligent, reckless, or willful actions.
BINDING EFFECT
It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be binding upon me and my spouse, family members, heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estate. This Agreement shall be deemed a complete and unconditional RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named RELEASEES to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW
I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Piemonte, Italy.
VENUE AND JURISDICTION
Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Piemonte, Italy.
MEDIA RELEASE
PERMISSION TO USE LIKENESS
I grant permission to Motley Hue LLC to photograph, film, and record me during the event and to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event, including edited or derivative materials, for current and future promotional use.
WAIVER OF COMPENSATION AND PRIVACY RIGHTS
I understand and agree that I will receive no compensation for the use of such photographs, video, or recordings, including any future use, and I waive any rights of privacy or publicity related to such use.
GRANT OF RIGHTS
I grant Motley Hue LLC and its representatives and successors the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display such photographs and recordings in any format or media, including for promotional, advertising, educational, or commercial purposes.
APPROVAL WAIVER
I waive any right to inspect, review, or approve the final materials, edits, or their use prior to publication. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, and future event marketing.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT
In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement, UNDERSTAND IT AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made and I EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME
