Refund Policy
Tickets are fully transferable to another person, but not refundable.
To process a transfer:
–> Online transfers can be done on or before Wednesday June 10th (10 days before the event) by sending a joint email with both parties to (events at motleyhue.org).
–> After June 10th transfers are easily done at the door if the person shows us proof of transfer through a suitable communication method (text exchanges/emails).

& Media release
The Liability Waiver & Media Release are to be checked off and electronically signed when you pay for your entrance to Motley Hue 2026. Written copies are also provided at the front desk as you enter the event. Questions or concerns email here.
LIABILITY WAIVER
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and fully able to participate in Motley Hue Fusion 2026. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with the participation in this event, including physical injury or even death, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said event, knowing that the associated physical activity may be hazardous to me and to my property. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OR LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, that may be sustained by me, or loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of participation in either or both the social dance events and the classes.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Motley Hue LLC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in physical activity, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.
INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and defend Motley Hue LLC against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my use of the facilities of Motley Hue 2026.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE
I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Motley Hue 2026 caused by my negligent, reckless, or willful actions.
BINDING EFFECT
It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be binding upon me and my spouse, family members, heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estate. This Agreement shall be deemed a complete and unconditional RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named RELEASEES to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW
I hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
VENUE AND JURISDICTION
Any legal action arising from this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City of New York, State of New York.
MEDIA RELEASE
PERMISSION TO USE LIKENESS
I grant permission to Motley Hue LLC to photograph, film, and record me during the event and to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event, including edited or derivative materials, for current and future promotional use.
WAIVER OF COMPENSATION AND PRIVACY RIGHTS
I understand and agree that I will receive no compensation for the use of such photographs, video, or recordings, including any future use, and I waive any rights of privacy or publicity related to such use.
GRANT OF RIGHTS
I grant Motley Hue LLC and its representatives and successors the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display such photographs and recordings in any format or media, including for promotional, advertising, educational, or commercial purposes.
APPROVAL WAIVER
I waive any right to inspect, review, or approve the final materials, edits, or their use prior to publication. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, promotional materials, and future event marketing.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT
In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement, UNDERSTAND IT AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreements have been made and I EXECUTE THIS RELEASE FOR FULL, ADEQUATE AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY SAME
